Deckbake Technology And Features
The Deckbake line is built around solid, dependable deck baking, from a single compact chamber up through multi deck configurations, with the same insulation, control, and construction standards carried across every code in the lineup. This page walks through the technology behind that performance and the complete feature set built into the line.
Not every feature listed below is standard on every Deckbake configuration. Reach out to our team to confirm exactly what is included on the model you are considering.

A Closer Look
Technology In Focus
One piece of Deckbake engineering worth a closer look, shown here with a real photo of the system itself

Double Low-Emissive Glass
A low-emissivity coated glass door cuts heat loss through the viewing window, keeping the chamber's warmth in while still giving a clear view of the bake in progress.

Complete Feature List
Select a category to expand it. More than one category can be open at a time.
Double Low-Emissive Glass
A low-emissivity coated glass door cuts heat loss through the viewing window, keeping the chamber's warmth in while still giving a clear view of the bake in progress.
High-Performance Thermal Insulation
Dense insulation throughout the cabinet, developed from decades of oven engineering, reduces standby energy loss and helps the deck reach temperature faster than a standard unit.
Door Gasket In Refractory Material
A highly resistant, long-lasting refractory gasket seals the door tightly, cutting heat loss and reducing wasted energy over the life of the oven.
Refractory Stone Deck
The baking surface is a dense refractory stone deck that stores heat, resists high temperatures without reacting with the dough, and distributes that stored heat evenly across the entire surface for a crisp, well-baked bottom crust.
CE Certificate
Certified to CE safety and performance standards for the European market.
Temperature Distribution Top / Bottom In Percentage
On the Classic control panel, heating power can be split between the top and bottom of the chamber by percentage, giving precise control over how each bake is cooked.
Manual Mode
Full manual override through the control panel lets an operator set and adjust every cooking parameter before or during a bake, at any time.
Automatic Preheating
Select a program and the oven automatically brings itself up to the correct temperature, signaling when it is ready so the first load goes in at the right moment.
Delayed Start Programming
Set a program and a start time in advance, and the oven begins warming up on its own so it is ready and waiting on arrival.
Automatic Detection And Errors Report
Built in diagnostics monitor every cycle and flag errors or anomalies automatically, helping catch issues before they affect a batch.
Program Blocking With Password
A protection password can lock access to programming changes while still leaving the stored cooking programs free to run, guarding against accidental edits.
Modularity
The compact, modular design lets the deck be positioned alongside other equipment and accessories in a layout that fits the kitchen's actual workflow, without wasting floor space.
Overlap Option
Units can be stacked to add capacity in the same footprint, so production can scale up without adding floor space, a natural fit for Deckbake's own multi deck codes.
