Sancassiano Linear Robot system can be considered as the evolution of a traditional Carousel system. A variable number of bowls is handled and moved by a strong robot shuttle between the different stations: dosing, kneading, proofing and discharging. The result is high productivity and maximum flexibility in reduced spaces without human operations. Here the main advantages of this system:
High flexibility in mixing, resting and in production cycles (direct, with resting phases, autolysis, second mixing phases… ).
