Miscellaneous

The bench model retarder/proofer is dedicated to the pastry and bakery sectors. They are equipped with the microprocessor control panel and are available in four sizes with two, three, four or five doors. The doors have self-locking hinges. The refrigerating uni is incorporated in the bench.
