The Rotorbake T8 18T Classic is a new industrial oven designed to meet high-capacity baking needs. It operates on gas, delivering a power output of 64 kW, equivalent to 55,000 Kcal/h, with an additional electric power of 2 kW. This model accommodates 18 trays each measuring 60 x 80 cm, offering a total baking area of 8.6 square meters with a tray spacing of 93 mm. Measuring 1300 mm in length, 1939 mm in depth, and 2550 mm in height, the T8 18T is engineered for efficiency and space utilization. It weighs 900 kg and is capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 270°C, making it suitable for a variety of baking applications. The oven's power supply requirements are flexible, with options for 400 V ~ 3PH + N + PE, 230 V ~ 3PH + PE, or 230 V ~ 1PH + N + PE, operating at 50-60 Hz.
